Background Video

Hi,

There are a few forums already out about this but I'm still lost.

I've been trying to use the video background feature but have no idea how to use it or what I can upload my video to to generate an .mp4 link or H.264 Video Source link. I don't fully understand WebM. Dropbox didn't work. I'm not using the WordPress plugin.

It is probably something so simple, but I can't figure it out for the life of me.

Can anyone share a step-by-step process or a website to host videos on (do free ones exist?) that will give a proper link? Any further information than what is already out there is greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Steph

If you want to be free of Youtube (which inserts ads before your clips), you need to upload your vid not to dropbox or somesuch, but to an honest-to-god web server with a www space. you know the places they host websites in. Upload your mp4 or avi to that via ftp, get the http:// link to your vid and insert that link in the appropriate scrollkit bg vid box.
