How do I keep images static?

I'd like to keep an image static when scrolling, so text will flow over it. Maybe I'm not being clear enough, so I'll just post an example: http://mag.newsweek.com/2013/09/27/the-magazine-that-was-eleanor-clift-on-her-50-years-at-newsweek.html

Good question! Previously you had to write a bit of code to get this effect, but we just pushed a feature today to make it easier. In the background images menu, you'll now see the "Fixed" option. Select that to make the image static.

Try viewing your scroll on a different browser where you aren't logged into scroll kit, or open up an incognito window.

I've had the issue before where my effects weren't visible on the published version of my scroll if I was still logged in.

I'm having issues with the "fixed" background reverting to the non-parallax background. When I check the setting, it still says "fixed," but no scroll magic on the front end.
